Like hardly any other product, they combine all the values and principles that we at GRAEF have stood for over the past 100 years, and have accompanied families for generations - our all-purpose slicers, also known as bread cutters or bread slicing machines. But they are much more than that: This is where engineering, design and "Made in Germany" meet and form our unmistakable - indeed, indestructible - brand core. Whether as a solid entry-level version for single households and individualists, as a child-safe kitchen helper in hectic everyday family life, or as a high-end machine for professionals and those who want to become professionals.

Briefly save the world

They provide reliable support for any occasion and save valuable time that we need for the really important things: saving the world, for example. Or maybe just lunch for now. But along the way, we're doing something good for the environment. Because: It has never been more important to be sustainable in the kitchen. In times of food waste and mountains full of packaging waste, the SlicedKitchen helps us to be more aware of how we handle our own food. Bread, sausage or cheese, but also fish, fruit and vegetables are sliced directly from the piece as needed, thus staying fresh longer and developing their full flavor - when sliced delicately.

How it all began

Even before our slicers found their way into the kitchens of families, GRAEF in Arnsberg was already manufacturing slicing professionals for the industry. How did we come up with the idea? At the beginning of the fifties, the Graef brothers spoke to a sales representative at a trade fair and subsequently even had a sample made for him. The sample was never paid for, but our efforts were rewarded with something much better: the birth of our all-purpose slicers. A segment in which GRAEF is the market leader today. Looking back, it was an immense advantage to first produce for the trade for years and then bring the slicers to private households. Why? We were used to making our machines as efficient and durable as possible. High-quality materials, flexibility in design, and a customary high level of performance - all of this put us at the top.

Handmade in Germany

For more than 50 years, we have stood for user-oriented universal slicers "Made in Germany". These are known and loved throughout the world for their exceptional workmanship, durability and, last but not least, their design. In 1967, we launched the first electric household all-in-one slicer in metal design, whose unique design idea was protected by the German Patent Office. In the meantime, we have set many internationally recognized standards and made GRAEF a trademark for extremely functional and indestructible kitchen appliances. Graef universal slicers - these are high-quality kitchen appliances that can cut all kinds of food. Our machines are ideal (depending on the type of blade) as bread slicers, slicers or multi-slicers for vegetables and fruit.
