The high-quality GRAEF bread knife with long serrated blade was specially developed for cutting bread and is therefore the ideal complement to our MYestro stand mixer or the BA706 bread maker from the GRAEF baking world. The high-quality serrated edge makes it possible to cut through even hard bread crusts without much effort and without crushing or tearing the soft inside of the bread. Of course, our bread knife can also be used to cut other foods with a hard crust or shell, such as rolls, bagels or melons.
