Stainless steel cones

Conical grinder and slow-speed motor prevent the coffee from losing its aroma.

Top cone grinding mill

Additional fine-adjustment via the upper mill work - for exact adjustments on different (espresso) beans.

Lower grinder

The removable lower grinder is made of high quality stainless steel. The aluminium paddle with "5-pitch" optimally transports the coffee grounds to the outlet. In combination with the antistatic-insert, the static charge (and scatter effect) of the coffee grounds get minimised during the grinding process.

I'm using it since 2016 few times a day. i was very satisfied but lately it lost its "sensitivity", I choose the finest grinding stage but still it is not fine enough.

Coffee grinder CM802 The test winner coffee grinder!

Liebes Team Graef, ich habe vor einigen Jahren ein sehr ähnliches Vorgängermodell gekauft. Da ich öfter auf dieses Produkt angesprochen wurde, habe ich heute auf Ihrem Shop dieses Modell entdeckt. Ich finde als Barista, der sich mit Kaffee auch beruflich befasst die Verbesserungen (z. B. Schubverschluss des Bohnenbehälters) durchdacht und notwendig. Generell möchte ich hier aber meine Zufriedenheit in den Punkten Produktqualität und Langlebigkeit nennen. Aktuell wird viel über geplante Obsoleszenz bei Herstellern gesprochen. Ich meine, hier müssen Sie sich keine Sorgen machen. Die Mühle CM 80 läuft seit Jahren bei normaler Pflege störungsfrei und wir sind auch mit dem zeitlosen Design weiterhin mehr als zufrieden. Ich bedanke mich für ein faires Produkt, dass sich nach 8 Jahren auf dem Markt nicht verstecken muss. Das bedeutet für mich Nachhaltigkeit im Interesse auch des anspruchsvollen Nutzers. Graef Kaffeemühlen dieses Typs sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Ich habe die Mühle nun seit 2013 mehrmals täglich in Gebrauch. Sie ist für den Preis gut und langlebig. Man muss sich aber im Klaren sein, dass das Mahlergebnis natürlich nicht in der Mittel- oder gar Oberliga mitspielen kann. Das Mahlgut bleibt reichlich durchmischt, und damit bleibt der Anteil an Staub und fein gemahlenem Kaffee relativ hoch, was sich natürlich auf die Bitterkeit insbes. bei French Press auswirkt. Aber wie gesagt, ich wüsste auch nicht, wie man das bei so einem Preis hinbekommen sollte. Dafür hält die Mühle eben viele Jahre und tut ohne Mucken brav und zuverlässig ihren Dienst. Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt ist das Nachlaufen: stellt man nichts unter die Mühle, hat man nach einigen Stunden einen "hübschen" Kaffeeberg auf der Unterlage.

Ich habe diese Mühle seit ca. 6 Monaten und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich nutze sie nicht so häufig (meistens am Wochenende), Nutzung und Reinigung sind easy, Qualität Produkt und Pulver top. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Habe diese Mühle seit ca einem Jahr im Einsatz. Soweit ist es eine gute Mühle nur leider befindet sich immer noch sehr viel Kaffeemehl in Toträumen der Mühle. Daher zerlege ich sie so einmal im Monat um alles gründlich auszubürsten und auszusaugen. Dabei sind über die Zeit leider zwei Federn abhanden gekommen welche ich nicht nachbekomme. Also insgesamt gute Mühle nur könnte sie das Totraumproblem vielleicht mal angehen.

Coffee grinder CM900 with auto-portioning

Ich habe die CM900 seit vielen Jahren im Einsatz. Jetzt wurde eine Wartung fällig. Ich habe die Maschine eingeschickt. Sie wurde geprüft, gereinigt neu feinjustiert und funktioniert wieder tadellos. Graef hat das schnell und kostenlos als Garantieleistung durchgeführt. Hatte ich gar nicht so erwartet. Chapeau!

Ich habe die Mühle nun seit knapp 2 Jahren im Einsatz und bin sehr zufrieden. Super praktisch ist die Dosierung über den Sensor, unterschiedliche Mengen kann man so individuell mahlen.

Die CM 800 lässt sich wunderbar auf den gewünschten Mahlgrad einstellen. Die Reinigung ist einfach. Ich mahle Espressopulver und bin mit dem Ergebnis voll zufrieden.
