Excellent knife quality from Solingen
The high-quality knife edges are hand-ground and blue-peened. Blue peening is the perfection of the Solingen grinding craft, whereby the steel is ground finer step by step. Such blades are recognizable by their bluish sheen. The robust blades made of 1.4116 stainless steel ensure maximum sharpness, long edge retention and high corrosion resistance. Almost as if by themselves, the GRAEF knives glide so highly precise through food of all kinds.
Noble design
Apart from their functionality, GRAEF knives are characterized by their modern design. The stainless steel end cap in typical GRAEF wankel shape completes the noble look.
High quality real wood handle
The dynamic shape and handle made of fine walnut (black walnut) give the kitchen knives a shapely aesthetic. The ergonomically balanced handle not only looks good, but provides a secure, controlled grip while cutting. The seamless finish makes cleaning a breeze.
