Compact Multiwolf in a full metal housing

The compact and space-saving Multiwolf consists of an aluminum housing. Mincing plates and blade are made of stainless steel. The powerful 400 watts motor has a blocking power of 2,500 watts. The high conveying capacity (Chutes: 1,800 g / min - 2,500 g / min, depending on the type of minced meat) conveys meat, vegetables or dough almost completely through its attachments.

Digital function display

The digital function display shows the cycle time as well as speed levels and reverse run. The 2-speed levels can be set using by the speed button. Reverse run is set using the REV button. After 5 minutes the device switches to standby mode (display switches off). By pressing the start / stop button, the device switches back to ready-to-use mode.

Optimal results

Thanks to the approx. 4.2 cm large feed chute, even larger pieces can easily be pushed into the worm housing (if necessary with the help of the supplied pusher). The two-part cutting attachment consists of a blade and a mincing plate. Therefore, there is no heating up during the mincing process and the food remains cool and has a longer shelf life. Thanks to the optimized auger, there is very little residue left in the system.

Sausage filling funnel

Whether classic bratwurst for bbq or juicy tofu sausage for vegan or vegetarian dishes - sausages can easily be prepared with the supplied sausage filling funnel.

Kebbe attachment

The supplied kebbe attachment is the gate to oriental cuisine. Because it forms the minced food into small tubes, which then only have to be filled, for example to prepare kebbe dumplings or a delicious chickpea falafel.

Easy cleaning
