Power Drive Motor
The food slicer has a 200 watt motor. The DC motor guarantees smoothness, constant speed and uniform pulling power for best cutting results.
Blade cover
The inner knife cover plate reduces the contact surface of the knife with the cutting material. The low friction guarantees the best cutting results. The knife cover plate is made of plastic and easily removable.
Ideal for wafer-thin cuts
The smooth knife achieves fine results, especially with ham, cold cuts, vegetables or fruit. For example, ham can be sliced thin without damaging the fibers of the meat. In addition, soft bread can also be cut very well with a smooth knife. With the safety closure, the knife is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Inclined cutter 15°
Due to the 15 ° inclination, the food can fall by gravity without touching the engine body in a bowl, on the bottom plate or even directly into the pot and the whole without the hand ever comes too close to the knife. The material to be cut is ultimately pressed against the stop without any intervention, so that the food can be quickly and safely cut into fine slices.
Child Safe
A sharp knife is the basic requirement for a precise cutting result. To prevent injury to children, the food processor is equipped with the "clip" child safety device. In its final position, the carriage covers the knife. With the slider on the bottom, it can be fixed in this position. Contact with the knife is thereby avoided. The function makes it possible for the food slicer to stand on the worktop without hesitation, even in large families.
