Our remnant holder and MiniSlice attachment become one in the PRO combi attachment - for even less food waste, finger-safe fine slicing and wafer-thin processing of the smallest foods with even more flavor! The additional insert for the combi attachment included in the PRO version pushes the food to be sliced independently against the knife.

In addition to its all-metal design and self-supporting construction, the professional slicer SKS900 from GRAEF has a few other practical details: the machine is equipped with a powerful and whisper-quiet capacitor motor with an output of 185 watts.

A special feature is also the hinged carriage made of hard-anodized aluminum. Thus, it not only shines visually, but also ensures special stability. Thanks to the conveniently adjustable cutting thickness of 0 to 15 mm, the all-purpose slicer allows you to variably adapt to the cutting goods and set the desired thickness.

The SKS900 slicer is equipped with an on/off switch on the carriage profile and a cable compartment for convenient storage of the cable when the device is not in use.

The smooth, 190 mm solid steel blade and the blade cover plate can be easily and conveniently removed. This makes cleaning and greasing the slicer a breeze. The easy cleaning of the individual parts ensures optimum hygiene. With the SKS900 slicer from GRAEF, you get a product that is a highlight in every kitchen due to its many advantages.

Ich habe diese Maschine in den frühen 90er Jahren gekauft. Sie läuft seitdem jeden Tag. Kinder wurden geboren (worauf ich damals sehr geachtet habe, war die Kindersicherheit), Kinder sind längst wieder aus dem Haus, zwanzig Jahre war sie mit uns in Italien - sie läuft immer noch einwandfrei. Mit dem ersten Messer! Einmal bei Graef durchgesehen und nachgeschärft vor 10 Jahren. Einfach nur großartig!

Im Jahr 2001 habe ich das Vorgängermodell 196 Master für 750,00 DM erworben. Nach fast 20 Jahren, habe ich nun das Messer erneuert. Die Maschine läuft tadellos. Ich war schon immer zu arm um mir "billig" leisten zu können.

Statt der Billigmaschine mal etwas tiefer in die Tasche gegriffen und dieses Top-Modell gekauft. Das Schneiden ist super einfach und das Gerät ganz leise.
