The three-stage premium version SG530 shines with two sharpening or grinding stages with the finest diamond grinding particles and a patented polishing process in stage three. This knife sharpener can not only restore the perfect sharpness of all standard kitchen knives, it is also suitable for hunting, filleting and pocket knives, making it the perfect sharpening supplier for hunting, fishing or various other outdoor activities. The special feature: During the sharpening process, the knife blade receives an arc-shaped grind with a triple bevel. The three microscopically small bevels on the knife blade ensure an incomparably stable, curved blade structure from the ground up - the result is a high-performance cutting edge that makes the blade particularly stable and sharp for a long time. The elastomer angle guide with 20° sharpening angle makes this particularly easy. The three stages of the knife sharpener can be used in different sequences to create either an amazingly sharp, smooth edge for easy cutting or an edge with a certain "grip" along the blade surface.
