The sharpening ensures a strong, ultra-sharp and long-lasting multi-phases-polish edge with a 20° grinding angle. The cutting edge gets sharpened spherically.

CrissCross® sharpening technology

The special diamond grinding discs of this GRAEF knife sharpener produce a burr-free edge with a micro-serrated surface.
