The value chain of our slicers - from development and production to final touch, logistics and repair - takes place at the main factory in Arnsberg, Sauerland. Due to the 30°-tilt-function of the slicing machine, cutting items can perfectly be collected on the included tray.

For cleaning and greasing the machine the blade can easily be removed.

On / off switch

The On-/Off-switch is positioned at the front of the carriage-guidance and is therefore easily accessible.

Thin-cut

Via the stepless slicing thickness adjustment between 0 and 20 mm both "rustic" and razor-thin cutting results can be achieved.

Powerful motor

The high-performance, whisper-quiet and maintenance-free 170 Watts capacitor motor guarantees best cutting results due to its constant motor speed.

Knife cover plate

The wavelike surface of the removable stainless steel blade cover plate improves the slippage of the cutting item.

Stainless steel tray

The practical stainless steel tray ensures that the cutting material is cleanly collected directly after the cut.

Combi attachment PRO

Our remnant holder and MiniSlice attachment become one in the PRO combi attachment - for even less food waste, finger-safe fine slicing and wafer-thin processing of the smallest foods with even more flavor! The additional insert for the combi attachment included in the PRO version pushes the food to be sliced independently against the knife.

The MASTER M80 slicer brings freshness back into your kitchen: Ham, cold cuts or cheese no longer have to be cut and bought pre-packaged, but can be cut fresh from the longer-lasting piece at any time - at exactly the cutting thickness you need at that moment.

As a powerful, robust all-metal machine, the MASTER M80 is built like no other for the even, ultra-thin cuts. Because the machine can be tilted 30°, the cutting goods are easily collected. The solid steel blade, made from one piece of steel, is especially durable and can be resharpened again and again with the included blade sharpener.

Anyone who cuts their ham on the MASTER M80 with its unique combination of whisper-quiet 170 W capacitor motor and the smooth solid steel blade (Ø 17 cm) will enjoy looking through the wafer-thin slices.

The removable carriage made of anodized aluminum has a wide support and can be easily cleaned by quickly removing it.

The high-quality, commercial-grade solid steel blade is protected by the removable stainless steel blade cover plate and supports the cutting of wafer-thin slices with its hollow grinding - for perfect cutting results every time.

The classic silver of the slicer and the chic, hygienic glass base plate also make the MASTER M80 "Made in Germany" a real highlight in your kitchen. The scope of delivery also includes a diamond blade sharpener.

Nach glaublich 15 Jahren mit einer elektrischen Graef habe ich mir eine neue gegönnt: Die Master M 80. Ich würde sagen die S-Klasse unter den Schneidmaschinen.Unfass bar leise und präzise.
