Quick-action switch

Quick-action-switch for switching-on the machine and cutting with one hand. The machine is only operating, if you push this button with your thumb.

Permanent switch

By using the continuous operation switch you can also cut larger quantities.

Easy knife removal

For cleaning and greasing the machine the blade can easily be removed.

Childlock by switch-on guard

The machine is equipped with a switch-on guard for child safety. The switch-on-guard-latch under the carriage can be pushed for blocking the carriage switch.

Smooth, fully hardened solid steel blade Ø 170 mm

Removable, solid-steel blade machined from one piece of special stainless steel, fully hardened with hollow grinding.

Thin-cut

Via the stepless slicing thickness adjustment between 0 and 20 mm both "rustic" and razor-thin cutting results can be achieved.

Tiltable slicer 30°

Due to the 30°-tilt-function of the slicing machine, cutting items can perfectly be collected on the included tray.

Master M91 slicer - the tiltable kitchen chef

The Master M91 slicer brings freshness back into your kitchen: Ham, cold cuts or cheese no longer have to be cut and bought pre-packaged, but can be cut fresh from the longer-lasting piece at any time - with exactly the thickness of cut you need at that moment.

As a powerful, robust all-metal machine, the Master M91 is built like no other for the uniform, ultra-thin cuts. Because the machine can be tilted 30°, the material being cut is easily collected. The solid steel blade, made from one piece of steel, is especially durable and can be resharpened again and again with the included blade sharpener.

Anyone who slices their ham on the Master M91 with its unique combination of whisper-quiet 170 W capacitor motor and the smooth solid steel blade (Ø 17 cm) will enjoy looking through the wafer-thin slices.

The carriage with stainless steel support can be operated via a continuous switch, so that the machine runs continuously, or with the momentary switch, which allows cutting and switching at the same time.

The high-quality commercial-grade solid steel blade is protected by the removable stainless steel blade cover plate, and its hollow grind supports the cutting of wafer-thin slices - for perfect cutting results every time.

The classic white of the slicer and the chic, hygienic glass base plate also make the MASTER M91 "Made in Germany" a real highlight in your kitchen. The scope of delivery also includes a diamond blade sharpener.

Gute Schneidemaschine und schön verarbeitet. Läuft sehr leise und das Messer lässt sich einfach entfernen. Für das Entnehmen des Messers könnte ein Werkzeug mit im Lieferumfang dabei sein sowie Fett für das Zahnrad. Für den Preis der Maschine könnte das Messer runder laufen. Der Restehalter könnte auch etwas länger sein. Ansonsten gute Maschine.

Feine Maschine, läuft sehr leise. Ich besitze das Schinkenmesser glatt und kann damit hauchdünn schneiden. Wer gerne Brot schneiden will, sollte sich das Wellenschliffmesser dazukaufen. Meine Scheiben werden mit dem glatten Messer eher sehr dick und man muss etwas Kraft aufwenden. Die Reinigung ist leicht, man muss nur mit dem Messer vorsichtig umgehen, aber es geht sehr schnell. Von der Optik her, hätte ich mir etwas mehr Farbe gewünscht.
