Maintenance flat rate includes:

The prices include the currently valid VAT, packaging and shipping as well as working time.

Excluded from the flat rates are:

  • Cosmetic repairs, e.g. removal of scratches, dents
  • Damage due to improper preliminary repairs
  • Total economic damage, e.g. caused by calcification or the defect of several assemblies
  • Damage caused by external influences (e.g. transport, liquid and overvoltage damage)
  • Commercially used devices
