The value chain of our slicers - from development and production to final touch, logistics and repair - takes place at the main factory in Arnsberg, Sauerland. Inclined cutter 15°
Due to the 15 ° inclination, the food can fall by gravity without touching the engine body in a bowl, on the bottom plate or even directly into the pot and the whole without the hand ever comes too close to the knife. The material to be cut is ultimately pressed against the stop without any intervention, so that the food can be quickly and safely cut into fine slices.

ECO POWER MOTION Motor
The intelligent energy-saving motor ECO POWER MOTION has an output of 45 watts. Depending on the hardness of the slicing good the motor can operate with a peak slicing power of up to 170 watts. This also cares for an optimal cutting speed of the blade.
