The cantilevered machine floats above a shatterproof and hygienic glass base plate that catches the food to be sliced. The 15-degree inclined work surface additionally ensures even easier operation and excellent cutting results. Its energy-saving 45 watt Eco Power Motion motor operates at peak power of up to 170 watts and is still quiet. It drives the rotating, 170 mm wide stainless steel blade, which is suitable for foods of all kinds thanks to serrations. The cutting thickness can be increased from razor-thin to up to 2 cm. In combination with the included Combi-attachment, the MultiCut Plus becomes an indispensable helper in every kitchen: the patented slicer attachment ensures healthy freshness, fast, safe working without leftovers and is particularly suitable for fresh, small ingredients such as radishes. Even small potatoes or mushrooms can be cut into wafer-thin oval slices at high speed and without risk of injury. This not only ensures a more intense flavor, but also shortens the cooking time during cooking. The smooth-running carriage of the MultiCut Plus has a large, hygienic support on which items such as meat, sausage, cheese or vegetables can be guided precisely to the knife. Even large items such as bread or ham can be processed safely and without further effort on the carriage. Thanks to the safety lock, the knife can be removed quickly and safely for cleaning. Young chefs are protected by the "Clip" child safety lock, which locks the carriage and thus completely covers the knife.
